Project consists of the sale and assignment of 1,944 sq. ft. of restored stream environment zone credit, fron Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which a minor addition to existing facilities will be constructed. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in steam environment zone ares with the Lake Tahoe Basin.
