The project consists of replacement of existing facilities with minor or negligible expansion of existing uses (Section 15301; Class 1 Exemption). New structures will be located on the same site as existing structures and have substantially the same purpose and capacity as existing structures that are being replaced (Section 15302; Class 2 Exemption). The project will result in minor alterations to land and vegetation and will not result in the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees (Section 15304; Class 4 Exemption). Construction or replacement of minor accessory structures for this existing facility (pump house) is exempt under Section 15311 C of the CEQA Guidelines (Class 11 Exemption).
