Document Description
This project consists of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) exercising their option to purchase two currently leased office buildings;(Builiding A: 20,536 net useable square feet, Building B: 7,104 net useable square feet), located at 1601 Corporate Center Drive, Monterey Park, California, to serve the general public. The leased space contains a public lobby and reception area, offices, briefing room, armory, evidence storage, restroom and locker rooms, reports room, automotive and motorcycle service bays, carwash, equipment storage and a generator room. There are twenty-five public parking spaces and one hundred and seventeen secured parking spaces. The CHP is currently leasing the site and is planning on acquiring it. There are no plans for additional or alterations to the project or an expansion in use. Public transportation is available near the project.
