The proposed water system improvements project includes the following major components:
1) Replacement of existing under-sized and corroded steel water distribution mains including valves and hydrants, and re-location of pipes running through private properties; 2) Rehabilitation of existing wells; 3) Development of new well to replace one of the existing well; 4) Construction of a new 600,000 gallon ground storage steel tank; and 5) System controls, including standby power.
