Document Description
The proposal is for approval of a zone amendment to rezone: (1) an 8.65 acre parcel from the Unclassified (U) zone district to the Timber Production (TP) zone district; and (2) a 5.42 acre parcel from the Timber Production (TP) zone district to the Unclassifed district as part of an immediate withdrawal from Timber Production zoning in conjunction with a land exchange to place the ownership on each side of State Route 89 as shown on Property Line Adjustment 99-33.
