Document Description
The project site is located within the unincorporated community of Markleeville. Three separate one-acre parcels make up the site for a total site area of three acres. The proposed rezoning to RN-20 would increase the potential residential density from one single family dwelling per acre to a maximum of two single family dwellings per acre, for a maximum potential of six single family dwellings within the project area. The site is immediately adjacent to Hot Springs Road, which is a paved year round access.
