Expansion of the Western Regional Sanitary Landfill to include a height increase of the landfill to a maximum of 295 feet above mean sea level (MSL), or 175 feet above pre-development grades, an extension of the landfill's hours to 7:30 pm, Monday through Saturday, with operations ending at 8:30 pm, and use of night lighting at the working face of the landfill during twilight and evening operational hours at the Western Regional Sanitary Landfilll.
