Document Description
The proposed project consists of a 35,000-40,000 square foot (sq.ft.) mixed-use commercial/residential development project on a 1.5 acre parcel (APN 001-121-24) east of F Street along the Eureka Inner Channel waterfront in Eureka, Humboldt County, California. The project will consist of two buildings with a maximum height of 45 feet measured from the centerline of the frontage road. Building 1 is the western-most building fronting on the proposed "F" Street plaza and City boardwalk, it is proposed as a partial three story structure. Space on the first floor of Building 1 is proposed to include approximately 5,200 sq.ft. of spa and lease space, and approximately 1,039 sq.ft. of retail space. The second and third floors of Building 1 are proposed to include seven, two and three bedroom apartments totaling approximately 6,216 sq.ft.
