Mr. Richard Merriner, on behalf of Eagle Lake Properties, Inc. has submitted a Use Permit application for the purpose of amending their existing Use Permit (#1999-3) to allow for the expansion of an RV Park from 100 to 114 Spaces. The 14 additional RV spaces would be developed on a separate 3.84 acre parcel (APN 065-090-09) located across Stone Road from the existing RV Park. Currently, the project consists of 58 existing spaces located at 509-725 Stone Road, on the parcel identified by APN's 065-190-24 & 25.
