The DFG is issuing an Agreement pertaining to one encroachment: remove discarded asphalt/concrete debris, construct earthen/gravel pedestrian trails, remove invasive non-native plants (Vinca/Himalaya berry) and re-vegetate site with native plant species at Ukiah Riverside Park. Modified areas will result in improved conditions for stream, riparian and wetland habitats.
