Document Description
The proposed El Rancho Verde School project would consist of the conversion of the existing 6.7-acre El Rancho Verde Continuation High School to a K-6 elementary school to accommodate both existing and projected student growth in the project area along with the additional 3.25 acres of turf athletic fields. The existing facilities on the school / park site would be renovated and modernized for use at the K-6 school. New facilities would be included as part of the project that would consist of a two-story building, a paved play area, a parent drop-off lane, and 84 parking spaces.
