Document Description
The City of Healdsburg (City) proposes to redirect its Wastewater Treatment Plant effluent from its existing outfall in an existing pond, created as the result of terrace mining by Syar Industries, Inc. (Syar) and known as Basalt Pond, to a new pond to the north, which Syar will create as a result of a new terrace mining operation as part of their proposed Phase V mining project.
