Document Description
A three story, forty three foot high, craftsman style residence and bed and breakfast inn. The first two floors (10,000 square feet) of the proposed inn will consist of 15 rooms which will be rented on a nightly or weekly basis, while the third floor (2,000 square feet) will serve as the caretaker's residence. The inn will operate all year round. A continental breakfast will be the only meal provided to the guests. Aside from the improvements to the building site (including the driveway, sewage disposal area and trash/recycling collection areas), alterations to the natural vegetation will be minimized, and native plant species will be primarily used for revegetation. The inn will be served by private water and sewer. The project also involves a proposed zone reclassification for the subject property; Agricultural General zoning for the property is proposed to be changed to Forestry Recreation.
