The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) proposes to approve an Amendment to the Removal Action Workplan for the Town and Country Village Shopping Center (ARAW) to include the Courtesy Chevrolet site. Soil on the 5-acre parcel is contaminated with organochlorine pesticides DDT, DDE and DDD, arsenic and lead.
