Document Description
This project will construct a seven-level parking structure of approximately 580,000 gross square feet to provide 1,800 spaces. The structure is located on the existing surface parking lot one and will displace existing surface parking, resulting in a net gain of 1,271 spaces. The project would also include improvements to two (2) adjacent intersections. The on-campus T-intersection of Pereira Drive and an unnamed service road would be modified to relieve congestion at peak traffic hours. The off-campus intersection of Stanford Court and Campus Drive will be modified to create a direct entrance to the structure from city streets.
