Document Description
To permit bluff top improvements and construction of a recreational vehicle camping and automobile parking lot below the bluff. Bluff top improvements include: enhanced landscaping, design and installation of a new irrigation system, a new pedestrian walkway which will be seperated from the existing asphalt path, removal of the existing crib retaining wall and installation of new retaining walls. Construction of the new walls will include the removal and export of approximately 12,000 cubic yards of soil. The walls, planters and pedestrian walkway will be terraced. Two (2) bicycle undercrossings will be constructed at the vehiclular access points, Goldenwest (entry) and 11th Street (exit), to the proposed parking lot below the bluff.
