Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #6-2001-167). The applicant proposes to develop approximately 29.5 acres of the approximate 163 acre Green River Ranch Property plus a 0.54 acre parcel located off-site to the east and owned by the City of Corona of non-residential uses in five separate planning areas, of which planning area 1, 2, and 5 will consist of approximately 13.7 acres, approximately 9.3 acres, and approximately 1.9 acres (respectively) of mixed use development, and planning areas 3 and 4 will provide approximately 2.6 and approximately 2.1 acres (respectively) of general commercial development.
