Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2017-0066-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, the Imperial Irrigation District.
The project is limited to the preparation and utilization of a site to receive sediment removed from Sheldon Reservoir through the rehabilitation of an existing earthen ramp to access the project site, possible rehabilitation of an alternative ramp, clearing of vegetation on the project site, and the depositing, drying and spreading of sediment on site. Project activities will result in a total of 5 acres of temporary impacts and 12 acres of permanent impacts to streambed.
