Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0081-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, the Imperial Irrigation District. The project is limited to the rehabilitation of an existing earthen ramp to access the project site, clearing of vegetation on the project site, transporting and depositing on site sediment removed from the nearby Fudge Reservoir, drying of deposited sediment, and spreading the sediment through the use of bulldozers or graders to make a flat surface. The purpose of the project is to prepare and utilize a site for the reception of sediment removed from the Fudge Reservoir. Project activities will result in a total of 15.53 acres of permanent impacts to vegetated streambed.
