Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0082-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, the Imperial Irrigation District.
The project is limited to the cleaning/clearing through excavation of accumulated sediment and barnacles from the mouths of two channels that connect to the Salton Sea. Excavation will be performed by an excavator sitting on top of the bank of each channel. Project activities will result in a total of 1.5 acres of permanent impacts to streambed.
