The project involves the removal of the toll that is currently collected on the western end of the Bridge. Physical modifications associated with the project include removal of the toll booths, lane reconfiguration, revisions to signage and lighting, elimination of 13 parking spaces, and increased landscaping. No modifications to the alignment of function of the Bridge would result.
