Document Description
SANDAG proposes to remove the toll that is currently on the San Diego-Coronado Bay Bridge (Bridge). The decision to no longer collect a toll at the Bridge is based upon the budgetary authority granted to SANDAG to administer toll revenues. The proposed action is primarily financial in nature. The only direct physical modification associated with the project would be possible removal of the toll plaza and other related facilities, though no physical modification to either the existing alignment or function on any raodway within the toll corridor would result. In addition, landscape enhancement would be implemented in the vicinity of toll plaza if it were removed.
