Document Description
The proposed project is a Master Planned Drainage Facility for the City of Upland. The storm drain would begin northwest of 23rd Street and San Antonio Avenue in a residential back yard and run into 23rd Street. From 23rd Street the storm drain would turn into San Antonio Avenue and run south in San Antonio Avenue to 20th Street. The storm drain would continue easterly in 20th to Campus Avenue, then south in Campus Avenue. South of 19th Street, the storm drain would turn east of Campus Avenue and connect to a spillway that would channel the stormwater into Basin No. 6. The storm drain system would aslo have collector branches extending in 22nd Street, 21st Street and 20th Street to the west of San Antonio Avenue and in Euclid Avenue, north of 20th street.
