Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a connector road from the existing Rolling Oaks Drive (east) to Rancho Road via existing internal circulation roadways and an approximately 950 meter (3,100 ft) road extension. A traffic circle is incorporated into the plan at the west end of the road extension. The selected roadway width is 13.4 meters (44ft) wide, and includes: 1.5 meter (5 ft) wide sidewalk on the north side; 0.61 meter (2 ft) wide rolling curb/gutter on the north side; 1.2 meter (4 ft) wide bike lane on the north side; two 3.7 meter (12 ft) wide travel lanes; 1.22 meter (4 ft) wide bike lane on the south side; and a 1.5 meter (5 ft) wide gravel shoulder on the south side.
