The nature of the proposed project is the redevelopment of a blighted industrial area into a Sports Park. The proposed Sports Park would have six full-size lighted softball diamonds, five lighted sand volleyball courts, four lighted full-size soccer fields (one with bleachers), tensile structure for shelter, softball/batting cages, concession buildings, tot lots, indoor/outdoor soccer courts, multi-purpose courts, park and a maintenance building.
