Moffatt & Nichol investigated over a dozen site plans for the Sports Park and selected three site plans as appropriate alternatives depending on the outcome of future property exchanges. All site plans will include the following features and are described below: six full-size lighted softball diamonds, five lighted sand volleyball courts, four lighted full-size soccer fields (one with bleachers), tensile structure for shelter, softball/batting cages, concession buildings, tot lots, indoor/outdoor soccer courts, multi-purpose courts, skateboard facility park and maintenance building. The neighborhood park is a supplemental addition to the Sports Park. The Sports Park includes a community center, sport pool, playground, picnic area and restroom/chnage area. All site plans protect and provide access to oil wells, pipelines and other associated oil production equipment. In addition, all site plans provide storm water detention facilities.
