Document Description
The projects propose to subdivide 223.11 acres into 235 lots, construct 211 single-family residences on approximately 54.5 acres, and retain the remaining approximately 168.61 acres as open space on two separate but contiguous projects. The Pipefitters project, previously initiated under Notice of Preparation (NOP) No. 99-0639, would subdivide a 185.79 acre property into 203 lots comprised of 179 lots for single-family residential development and 24 lots totaling 140 acres to be preserved as open space. The Sunset Pointe project (LDR No. 40-0329) would subdivide a 37.32 acre site into 32 lots comprised of 28 single-family residences, 3 brush management lots, and a 28.6 acre open space lot to be dedicated to the MHPA.
