Document Description
For the SilverTip Village Resort Project approved on December 2, 2003, pursuant to a previously certified EIR, the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors, on September 23, 2014, approved a time extension from June 14, 2014 to September 23, 2016 (24 months from September 23, 2014) for the activation of Planned Development No. 99-1 and Conditional Use Permit No. 267. The Mariposa County Board of Supervisors adopted findings pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21166 and Guidelines Sectio 15162, determining that no subsequent EIR was required to approve the above referenced extension to implement the project. The below numbered determination items describe the CEQA compliance conducted as part of the original Project approval conducted on December 2, 2003.
