- Pursuant to a previously certified EIR, the County of Mariposa, on November 9, 2010, approved an amended site plan and modifications to clarify and modify certain conditions of approval and approved modifications to architecture, and adopted findings pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21166 and Guidelines Section 15162, determining that no subsequent EIR was required to apporve the above reference entitlements to implement the Project.
