Document Description
For the SilverTip Village Resort Project approved on December 2, 2003, pursuant to a previously certified EIR, the Mariposa County Board of Supervisors, on June 21, 2016 approved a 30 year agreement with Yosemite Area Regional Transportation System and Palm Springs Village-309, LLC to locate a bus stop on a county-owned parcel on Fish Camp Lane as part of the Silvertip Resort Project. The Board adopted findings pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21166 and Guidelines Section 15162, determining that no subsequent EIR was required to approve the above referenced agreement to implement the project conditions. The below numbered determination items describe the CEQA compliance conducted as part of the original Project approval conducted on December 2, 2003, and the amended project approval conducted on Nov. 9, 2010. The NOD filed as part of the original approval and the amended approval are attached and incorporated by this reference. Further prior NODs were filed with the Mariposa county Clerk and the State Clearinghouse on 5/25/2007, 10/18/2007, 11/19/2010 and 9/24/14.
