- CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0108) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Edwin Laser, representing Rillington Communities. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within three unnamed drainages, tributaries to San Marcos Creek, to accommodate the construction of the Rancho Pacifica Development Project, Project activity includes the development of 22 dwelling units within associated roads and utilities. Three unnamed drainages will be filled by the project, impacting 0.06 acre of streambed.
