Zone Change from A2-1 to R1-1 in conjunction with a Tentative Tract Map No. 52539 to permit the construction of 113 single-family homes on a 28.76 acre site, with two existing single-family homes to remain (Lots 93 and 115) as well as the existing YMCA childcare facility on Lot 116. The two remaining single-family homes will be demolished as well as a small shed. Primary access to the proposed project will be provided off of Mission Hills Road via an existing easement located between the Ararat Retirement Home and an existing surface parking lot that will become a fully improved street.
