Document Description
The applicant is proposing to develop a winery in three phases. The ultimate project will be capable of processing up to 10,000 tons of grapes. The first phase will involve crushing, pressing, fermentation, and storage tanks, as well as barrel aging. The last phase will add bottling and case goods storage and additional storage tanks. Facilities to treat winery waste water will also be phased in stop with the increase in the size and production capabilities of the winery. The project is located at the east end of Clark Road, east of Truesdale Road, approximately two miles south of the Community of Shandon.
