CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA #1600-2011-0246-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project Permittee, Inyo county Water Department. Permittee proposes to continue an ongoing saltcedar removal and control effort within the Lower Owens River Project (LORP) area that will be implemented in a strategic manner with a goal of eradication on saltcedar from this area.
