The project is a proposed 18-hole public links golf course, club house, driving range and snack restroom facility. The golf course will comprise 140 acres of the 557 acre open space area of the Rancho Larios Planned Unit Development. The proposed course would be open daily from sunrise to sunset, employ 40 persons and have a projected average of 110 to 150 rounds per day or an average annual number of 40,000 to 50,000 rounds.
