Document Description
CDFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # R5-2001-0066) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Irvine Beach Ranch Water District. The applicant proposes to alter the banks of Bonita Creek, and to place a 30-inch diameter steel sleeve above the creek so that it will not impede the "existing flow within the creek", for the purpose of installing and operating a 16-inch diameter domestic water pipeline, associated with the Bonita Canyon Drive Pipeline Phase 1 (West) project. The project is located in the City of Irvine, in the vicinity of the intersection of Bonita Canyon Drive and Highway 73.
