Document Description
The Shady Canyon Development lies within the City of Irvine and is designated as Planning Area (PA) 22. The Irvine Company is the developer and is finalizing the land use and rading plans for the area. The development consists of 400 dwelling units, an 18-hole golf course, and related amenities. Domestic water, recycled (reclaimed) water and wastewater facilities are necessary outside ("offsite") the PA to provide adequate service. The proposed project will construct capital facilities to serve PA 22, some existing land uses outside the PA, and for future PA 27 development.
