The proposed project is a Regional Water Facilities Master Plan. Proposed improvements would be constructed over an indefinite period of time and include 139,000 feet of pipelines ranging in size from 16 to 96 inches in diameter, nine pump stations with capacities of 10 to 100 cfs, three reservoirs ranging in size from 5 million to 100 million gallons, and an implementation of a groundwater management program.
