Council Approval of Capital Improvement Project Nos. 73-284.0 and 73-284.1 and Resource Protection Ordinance No. 99-0407 to upgrade and expand the Miramar Water Treatment Plant capacity from 140 million gallons per day (MGD) to 215 MGD, with an ultimate possible capacity of 275 MGD to meet future potable water demand in the Miramar service area.
