CIP NOS 73-284.0 and 73-284.1 to upgrade the existing Miramar Water Treatment Plant to enable the plant to meet structer EPA standards, and expansion from 140 million gallons per day (MGD) to 215 mgd, with an ultimate capacity of 275 MGD to meet future predicted demand.
