Document Description
The project is the subdivision of the 83.8 acres of land into 32 lots for single family residential development. The lot sizes range from 2.1 to 9.5 gross acres. Access to the property will be from a 40 foot private road off Miller Road. Water service will be provided by the Valley Center Municipal Water District. Each lot will have an onsite septic system. Biological open space easements will be dedicated in the southeast corner of the property and over a drainage area in the western portion of the site. The project requires approval of a Tentative Map.
