Document Description
The proposed Maranatha High School consists of a General Plan Amendment (GPA 99-14), Zone Change (ZC 99-2), Municipal Code Text Amendement (M.C.T.A. 99-5), and Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P. 99-14) to allow for the constructioin of the following structures and uses: Classrooms (37,500 square feet); Administration (3,100 square feet); Auditorium and Theater (32,000 square feet); Gym, Locker Rooms and Weight Training (32,000 square feet); Athletic Field, including softball and practice fields; Library, Media, Research Center, Chapel, Conference Center and Gallery, Music and Choral Rooms, Maintenance and Service (32,000 square feet); and, Parking for visitors, faculty and students (190 spaces), Bus Parking and Storage. The campus is proposed to provide facilites for 600 to 650 students, grades 9 through 12.
