Document Description
Site development would include development of one three-story apartment-style building, located on assesor parcels 8549-023-11 and -012. Typical units comprising this complex would be one bedroom, and contain approximately 538 square feet of floor area. Occupancy of these units would be restricted to residents 62 years and older. Two of the units would be provided for on-site management personnel. Amenities located within the complex would include a multi-purpose recreation room ; laundry facilities; passive and active recreation areas; and an entry courtyard with pergola. Other external features include full site landscaping with underground irrigation, and curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements along Maxson Road.
