Document Description
In Contra Costa Count, adjacent to the City of San Ramon's western limit line. The subject property contains approx. 197.9 acre project site into 102 single-family residential lots and construction of 100 residential units and associated landscaping and infrastructure improvements. The development includes the following types of residential units: (a) 50 single-family residences on lots equal to or greater than 10,000 square feet, to the east and west of Westside Drive and (b) 50 single-family detached patio homes on lots with a minimum lot size of 3,000 sq. ft. located in the flat, lower elevation portion of the project site along San Ramon Valley Blvd. Two existing single-family residences will remain on lots that are approximately 2.4 and 5.2 acres in size. Approx. 106.4 acres of the site will remain in private open space subject to continued agricultureal uses.
