Document Description
Expansion and reconstruction of the existing King City Tire operation. Facilities will include a 8,9000 sq.ft. tire shop and showroom, 960 sq.ft attached drive-through car wash; 1,200 sq. ft. mini-market; and tow gasoline pump islands with a canopy. The property is currently developed with two structures. The existing 7,700 sq. ft. building in the northease corner of the site which is currently used for the King City Tire operation and a video store will be incorporated into the proposed new design. The existing building in the center of the site will be demolished.
