Document Description
Development of a new gas station with two pump islands, a 2,500 sq. ft. convenience store and a 412 sq. ft office/storage area. The site is currently vacant but previously developed with a Chevron station. It will be accessible to trafic by a driveway off of Broadway Street and the existing driveway for the Denny's Restaurant to the east. Fourteen parking spaces will be provided including one accessible space. A pole sign with a maximum height fo 60 feet is also prposed for the site.
