Document Description
Issuance of a minor waste tire facility permit. The City of Orange Planning Commission adopted a mitigated Negative Declaration for a conditional use permit for the use of tires as engineered barriers at an indoor go-cart race track. The project proposes to stack three passenger tires, bolt them together, cover them with a colored shrink-wrap, and connect the stacks. Kick pads would then be put in front of the stacks.
