Document Description
Project consists of installing electrical lines from existing sources at the Ranger Stations in Tamarisk Grove and Borrego Palm Canyon Campgrounds to the Fee Machines that service these campgrounds (1 at Tamarisk Grove and 2 at Borrego Palm Canyon Campgrounds) in Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Trenching will be required. Trenches will be hand excavated and will be approximately 18 inch deep. The Trench at Tamarisk Grove will be alongside an existing building and will be 40 feet long. At Borrego Palm Canyon the trenches will follow existing utility lines and one will be 6 feet long and the other will be 140 feet long. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
