Document Description
This proposed action is limited to the acquisition of property. The Dept. of General Services and the Dept. of Justice are proceeding with negotiations to acquire approximately 1.14 acres for a proposed forenic lab at this site. The lab will be subject of an environmental document. The property will remain in its existing condition until the environmental review process has been completed and the development project is approved. It is anticipated that there would be no significant impacts for the forensic lab project and that a Negative Declaration would be prepared.
