Reasons for Exemption
This hazardous waste facility closure plan implementation will be less than one (1) month in duration. All rinsewater and residual solids generated during cleaning of the tank will be pumped into vacuum trucks and transported off-site to an authorized hazardous waste facility by registered hauler. The 10,000 gallon tank will also be transported off-site to an authorized hazardous waste facility by registered hauler.
